When you place an order through a Daamdekhi AutoBusiness storefront:

• Your order is a contract between you and the shop owner, not Daamdekhi AutoBusiness.
• Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are set by the shop owner.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability; the shop may contact you if an item is unavailable.
• Delivery timelines and conditions are set by the individual shop and their chosen courier.

Return and refund policies vary by shop. Each business operating on Daamdekhi AutoBusiness sets its own policy. Please contact the shop directly before placing an order if you have questions about returns.

Daamdekhi AutoBusiness does not process refunds on behalf of shops and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

Daamdekhi AutoBusiness provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, product quality on any storefront, or outcomes of transactions between buyers and sellers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner or email where applicable. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
