How to Request Deletion

Follow the steps below to schedule deletion of your Seller AutoBusiness account from the mobile app. Once scheduled, you have 7 days to cancel before processing begins.

Open the Mobile App

Account deletion for Seller AutoBusiness is available only inside the iOS and Android apps. Sign in as the business owner and open Business Profile.

Schedule Deletion

Go to Business Profile → Account Deletion, enter your current password, review the warning, and confirm the destructive action. The app schedules deletion for 7 days later.

If you cannot access the mobile app, email us at support@daamdekhi.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • Your full name (as registered)
  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • A brief note confirming you want your Seller AutoBusiness account deleted

Grace Period

After scheduling deletion, the request remains pending for 7 days. During that time you can return to Business Profile → Account Deletion in the mobile app and cancel it.

Processing

After the grace period ends, the next daily processing cycle disables seller login access, revokes connected Facebook Page tokens, and archives the business workspace.

⚠️ This action is hard to reverse. Once deletion is processed, the seller account can no longer sign in and the archived workspace is no longer active in the app. Cancel during the grace period if you are unsure.

What we may retain (and why)

Some records may be retained after deletion where required by law or legitimate business need:

  • Transaction records — business, billing, or tax records may be retained for the period required by law or accounting obligations.
  • Legal holds — if there is an active dispute, abuse review, or legal proceeding, relevant records may be retained until resolution.
  • Security and fraud records — limited records may be retained to investigate abuse, payment disputes, or unauthorized access.
  • Backups — backup copies are overwritten on a routine schedule and deleted items age out during that cycle.
